We were established in 1986 in Godalming to fill a gap in the market by providing specialist services to medium sized pension schemes. In 2006, we acquired Barnes and Sherwood and opened our Farnborough office on the historic site of the first heavier than air flight in Britain.
Always careful that expansion does not compromise our stability and high quality of service, it was 2013 before a second acquisition was made, purchasing the ex-Heath Lambert pensions division from Gallagher. Having worked closely with the Chelmsford team for over 20 years we were confident they could provide the exemplary service levels clients have come to expect from us. Within 6 months we moved the operation to the current state of the art offices.
The recent re-branding of the business consolidates the previous growth and highlights our ongoing investment in the business. It reflects our forward thinking and determination to become the foremost privately owned pension and benefit consultancy in the UK.
